Common Questions

My streak disappeared. Streaks are tied to your account. If you played before creating an account, those results may not be linked. Sign in before playing to make sure your streak is saved.

A lyric seems wrong. We source lyrics from our curated library. If you believe a lyric is inaccurate or a song is incorrectly attributed, please let us know via email with the date of the puzzle and the song title.

I was charged but didn't receive my Vinyls. Payments are processed by Stripe. If your purchase didn't go through correctly, please email us with your username and approximate purchase date and we'll sort it out.

How do I delete my account? You can delete your account from your Profile page. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account." This is permanent and cannot be undone.
