By accessing or using LyricLock at lyriclock.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Barlow & Associates LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms apply to all visitors, players, and anyone else who accesses the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use LyricLock. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
The Service is available to users worldwide, but we make no representation that it is appropriate or available in all locations.
You may play the daily game without an account, but an account is required to save your streak, earn badges, appear on the leaderboard, and use the friend system.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Vinyl is LyricLock's in-game virtual currency. Vinyls can be earned through gameplay (score milestones) or purchased through the Vinyl Shop.
Music Packs are purchasable content that unlocks additional song libraries for on-demand play.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for Vinyl bundles or music packs except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified technical error. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Virtual currency and purchased content have no monetary value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Service. We reserve the right to modify the Vinyl system, pricing, or available content at any time.
You agree not to use LyricLock to:
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent banning from the Service without refund of any purchased content.
LyricLock and all of its original content â including but not limited to game mechanics, UI design, logo, badge artwork, and code â are owned by Barlow & Associates LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Lyric content displayed within the game is used for the purpose of a music identification game and belongs to their respective songwriters and publishers. LyricLock does not claim ownership over any third-party song lyrics.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any LyricLock content without our explicit written permission.
By creating an account, you agree that your username, score, streak, and badges may be displayed publicly on leaderboards and your public profile page. If you wish to remove this information, you may delete your account from your Profile page.
LyricLock may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other advertising partners. These ads help support the free operation of the game. By using the Service, you agree to the display of these advertisements. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies are used.
LyricLock is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of lyric content, song attributions, or puzzle selections. Game results, scores, and streak data may be lost in the event of a technical failure despite our best efforts to maintain data integrity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barlow & Associates LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of streaks, Vinyl balances, or purchased content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of LyricLock after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Barlow & Associates LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
